My mom seriously makes the best eggrolls. Luckily I was at home when she made them so I got to eat them when they were crispy and fresh out the fryer. These had ground pork, shredded carrot, shredded taro, vermicelli noodles, beans, and shrimp. We eat these with a sweet fish sauce and some lettuce and cukes too. It was so good!
