Yes, i know it sounds like a lot of eggs on a dessert lol but its actually a rather common dessert/cake around here and they are egg whites that are baked and (supposedly) grow into a big a mountain of foam and are covered with an egg yolk+cinnamon+sugar cream or caramel.
Well, my mom attempted this and she it was actually going nice and the egg whites grew a lot in the oven but she opened the oven because it was getting to big and it shrank right away =/ It was still good though, not really the same because it usually a lot of foam from the baked egg whites but it was still good. Next time she will turn the oven off sooner and let it cool down in there, maybe that will prevent this.
