Hi. This is just some dorayaki that I made. I haven`t eaten them in a while and they are kinda expensive. They usually cost around $4 for a pack of 3 or 4, I forgot. So I decided to search for some recipes to try and found one that was easy with accessible ingredients. They came out pretty good. I just wish the cake part was more fluffier and instead of red bean paste, I wanted the ones with the whole red beans. The picture on the can had a picture of whole beans but when I opened it, it was just bean paste, quite misleading. All I did was make the batter and cook it on a griddle like you do a pancake and then let it cool. Put some red bean paste or whatever you like on the middle of one of the cakes and put another one on top and squeeze them together, like a sandwhich. Have you tried making these or have you had these?
