This week in Nutrition class, we made Clam Chowder. It consists of canned clams, clam juice, milk, half and half, celery, potatoes, onions, and bacon. It was really good, but it wasn`t very thick. We didn`t have enough time to let it simmer longer. If we had more time, I`m sure it would be thicker and better. The taste was good though. :)
