Homemade Chipotle Burrito Bowl

when you go to school in a small town you don`t have the amentities of a Chipotle. The best we have is a taco bell and I definitely didn`t want that. So I searched on the internet for a simple recipe and found http://IowaGirlEats.com. Shouts out to her for the simplest recipe ever with the tastes of chipotle. I didn`t follow her recipe exactly as with every recipe you should put your own flair on it.

1. The Rice
Frozen steamed rice - cook as directed.
Lemon juice - just a sprinkle
Lime juice - about half that of a lime
Chopped cilantro - i use a lot because its my favorite
Mixed together and add more lemon or lime juice to your liking

2 Beans
1 can of black beans
Heat on the stove or the microwave
Add dashes of cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper

3 Chicken
Iwoagirleats uses whole chicken breast but I used from fajita chicken.
Cook fajita chicken in a skillet...drizzle a little bit of olive oil in the pan.
Season with
McCormick`s Montreal chicken seasoning (this is my fav seasoning the best ever)
After cooked chop into pieces

4 Salsa - Pico
1 tomato
1 jalapeno
Onion (about a 1/4)
Lime juice
Lemon juice
Mix all together....delish

Assembly - Rice, Beans, Chicken, Salsa, and any cheese of your choosing. Don`t forget the chips. I prefer Santitas there $2 :)
