I don`t like having sauce on my salad so usually I eat it plain but I always put enough ingredients in that make it work.
This is one of the salads I made for myself for lunch.
It`s a spinach and romaine lettuce salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and grilled chicken breast. I usually top the salads off with dried cranberries to give it a kick.
I`m not a big fan of croutons either, hence my salads are sans croutons and salad dressing. That actually makes it very healthy =P
Only 200 calories per 2 cup serving.
