This rice dish is super quick and easy to make. It is very filling and is packed with loads of flavours. It is much more exciting than your traditional plain rice dish.
I simply cooked the rice (long grain) as stated at the back of the packet and left the rice to slightly cool. Meanwhile in another pan, I fried some onions in a little olive oil. I added some spices and salt (according to taste). I then added some dices of chicken breast and some tomato chunks and cooked for a few minutes. Lastly, I re-added the cooked rice and stirred until the spices and chicken pieces were evenly distributed.
If anyone is looking for a new, exciting way to eat rice, then try this dish, It also works great with beef and lamb meat. Or even vegetables. For flavouring you can use any spices, packet mixes, sauces etc.
