Homemade Bibimbap

I made this earlier this week for dinner!

I love bibimbap however, it`s hard to find good ones where I live because I live in a predominantly Caucasian neighborhood. We have every fast food chain available but Korean food is a bit hard to find.

So usually what I do is buy the necessary ingredients and make them myself.

This was a vegetarian bibimbap as I didn`t put any meat. I had carrots, sprouts, mushrooms, chinese vegetables and burdock roots.

I forgot the egg because I only had egg whites =( It would`ve made it taste a lot better.

What do you guys think?
