I had this major craving for bibimbap and decided to make it for dinner last night. I didn`t have all the ingredients, so needless to say, this is not your traditional bibimbap. As you can see in the picture, I used yellow corn, green spinach, zucchini, ground turkey, and Shi`ite mushrooms. I combined all the topping on a bed of rice, with an added touch of egg. It was a good choice of meal to make for din-din.
