I usually will eat throughout the day and have 5-6 small meals versus 3 meals a day. So usually between 2:30-3:00pm I will usually reach for something to eat. I baked a banana berry loaf on Sunday night. I used the recipe here http://allrecipes.com/recipe/blueberry-loaf-cake/ as a base for my loaf but modified it a lot lol. Instead of 1/2 cup of butter/margarine I used 6 tablespoons of canola/olive oil blend, added a mashed banana, used soy milk instead of cow`s milk, omitted the cinnamon and used a frozen berry blend which included blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries. I also used 6 tablespoons of demura sugar and 2 packets of stevia, 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 1 cup of wheat bran and 1/2 cup of white flour. It came out pretty good and I usually do not like things overly sweet and it hit the spot so I wouldn`t starve during my commute home from work.
