Homemade Baked Egglant + Green Peppers in Mozarella amp Marinara Sauce!

My friend and I had to go to one of our friends potlucks and each person had to bring their own specialized dish. I ended up making a vegetarian dish since I didn`t know whether or not other people that were going ate meat. I ended up getting some chopped eggplant and green peppers and stuffing them with mozarella cheese and covering it with marinara sauce and added another layer of cheese. Turned out GREAT and tasted so good!
