My mom made asian roast pork the other night, or as she calls it "thit heo quai" in viet. It can get pretty pricey if you buy it at the store but making it is a lot cheaper! Plus you can pig out more hahaha--excuse the pun.
I think she used chinese five spice and some kind of alcohol maybe rum? Not sure but it turned out delicious!!! My favorite part is the crispy skin, yum. One of the best ways to eat it is with lettuce wraps--take some rice, plop it on top of lettuce, plop pork on top then drizzle siracha. To die for!
