This is a perfect dinner meal in my opinion :) I love eating fresh seasonal vegetables, you don`t even need that much seasonings to bring out the flavors because fresh vegetables are sweet, crunchy and delicious by itself! My helper made 3 dishes for this meal: stir fry green beans with garlic which is my absolute favorite, bean sprouts with carrots and pickles and a dish of mapo tofu. Everything was so delicious, my parents and I licked everything clean, hehe!
