Last summer, I experimented with making my own yummy treats. This was one of them, ice cream and layers of granola. Granola is one of the healthiest things, no cholesterol, moderate sodium, yet plenty of fiber and there are different kinds for different tastes.
The ice cream, was actually frozen yogurt. The whole was put in an ordinary cup. You can add fruit, syrup or even do this with regular yogurt if you like.
