Picture is Mine
Last week, I tried to make a hot cookie dough desert, and since we didn`t have a cookie mix, I had to make it from scratch.
I used the recipe below, and to make it like a hot cookie dough, don`t cook it for the full time it says- only do it so the top is cooked so its still gooey underneath, then eat it with ice cream on top as soon as it comes out the oven.
I didn`t have chocolate chips, so I just cut up a bar of Cadburys chocolate.
They came out tasting quite good!

1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2
1 teaspoon salt 1/2
1 cup butter, softened 1/2
3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 + 1/8
3/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 + 1/8
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2
2 large eggs 1
1 (12 ounce) package Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 10×15 inch jelly roll pan.
2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Spread into greased 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan.
