I recently bought a delightful new book for £5 which is packed full of traditional sweet-shop sweets recipes!
Inspired by the book, i`ve decided to use it as a means of trialling different recipes so they can be used as christmas gifts, in old jar with ribbons and embelishments etc.
So far i`ve tried two recipes, the first a white and dark chocolate bark (pretty successful) and the second the coconut ice, the batch above is the second attempt as the first just didn`t set properly, but i went back and bought a better quality can of coconut milk and they tasted delish!
I`m eating some right now hehe :)
