Home-cooked Grilled Chicken, Grilled Asparagus Toasted Bruschetta!

After getting the stomach flu, I decided to do some healthy home cooking with my boyfriend. We went grocery shopping at Sprouts & Vons and ended up buying organic chicken breast, asparagus and some ingredients.

What we made?
- Grilled Organic Chicken Breast marinated with fresh squeezed lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Grilled Asparagus marinated with kosher salt, pepper, butter and some garlic powder plus a dash of lemon
- For the bruschetta - the bread is honey wheat topped with diced tomatoes, onions, red bell peppers and parmesan shredded cheese. For the dressing it`s made from scratch pesto vinaigrette. The pesto vinaigrette is made from freshly basil leaves, extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, white wine vinegar, water, salt, black pepper, garlic cloves and some parmigiano reggiano cheese.

Overall: Dinner was light and delicious! Tomorrow, I have a different kind of chicken breast marinating.
