I love eating luncheon meat with a bowl of rice or in an omelette. Holiday makes the best luncheon meat, in my opinion. Although it tastes really good, I`ve heard it`s not healthy so I try not to eat it too often. But today, I ate some for lunch with a bowl of rice. It`s really easy to prepare too. Just slice, place on a heated pan, and cook each side for about 2 minutes.
