I`m really lacking inspiration lately as far as Luuux. It`s not as easy as it looks!
Apparently the same goes for Hilary Duff who recently gave birth to baby boy Luca. She`s working feverishly to get back to her pre-pregnancy body/weight. If you see a recent picture of her and her old pictures, there`s definitely still a noticeable difference.
Her routines thus far has been heavy in pilates, working with a personal trainer. Before her pregnancy her routine included circuit training.
Are there particular type of workouts that you enjoy doing? As a guy I generally prefer working with weights.
