In the picture some of the people going hike to relax because they have so much stress.Most of the people like go hiking in the mountain to relax and they can see the bird.Most of the people have so much stress they like to go yoga or they hiking with their fiend.Sometime the weather is very nice they will like to hiking by themselves and most of the people enjoyed hiking.Before they go hiking they prepare some of the stuff they need.If the weather is very bad then they will not going hiking and hiking is good for your body because you need some of the sun light and is good for your skin.Sometime you need to go outdoor to relax and if you have more of the stress is bad for your body.
