High Protein Veg Plate...and wavy lays lol

i`m not a vegetarian but i do enjoy light food and vegetables. the only meat i really go gaga for is steak and seafood. anyway, not necessarily in this portion size but this is something i eat after the gym (if i eat greasy food after a hard workout i feel nauseous).

this is a broccoli and egg scramble seasoned with fresh basil and garlic - about 1 cup broccoli with 1 egg cooked in coconut oil (zero cholesterol ! ) served with fage (pronounced fah-ye if you`re wondering) greek yogurt. greek yogurt is super high protein as is the egg.

so if you`re looking to get a protein kick after the gym but don`t want to eat meat, maybe you should try this out (:
