High Calcium Low Fat Milk

This was one of my favorite drinks when I visit Shanghai. I literally replace water with milk because the milk there tastes so great!

Asian milk is different than Western milk due to the differences in pasteurization methods. The milk you end up with in Asia is a lot creamier and tastes more like cream than the Western milk. The milk is also a tinge of beige rather than white as there are less coloring put into it.

This was actually one of the better brands in Shanghai. It costs double the price of regular milk there. However at $3 USD for a case of 10 250mL cartons, it was a steal! I consider this highly luxurious milk. I drink about 5 cups of milk a day!

This one was my favorite, it was High Calcium Low Fat milk. It is about 1% skimmed milk, but it tastes like homogenous milk and there was more calcium in it, meaning healthier bones!
