I came to a conclusion the other day that I need to lose weight. I am 22 years of age, 5`5" and weigh 140 lb!!! Not that I hate the way I look, but I feel like I need and should make a healthier change in my life. It`s going to be hard considering my LOVE and PASSION for food...AAHHHHH I LOVE FOOD!!! So this is where you guys come in. I was wondering if you can give me some suggestions for for food and snacks. Maybe even leave me a couple recipes down below!!! I`m trying to maybe lose 10 lb by February if possible. WISH ME LUCK!!!
