So after yoga, I had a huge craving of chips. And my go to chips is always Ms. Vicky`s. They`re kettle cooked, so they`re not nearly as bad as fried ones.
I have been breaking out lately, so I thought I would try to even out the unhealthy snack with a healthy one. Apples.
I ended up cutting two apples for myself. I didn`t do them myself, I have this apple slicer. Just have to fit it on top, press it down and it cuts it for me. Very convenient.
Simple snack, chips and apples.
Do you ever try and mix the types of snacks you have? So you`re not eating anything too unhealthy?
