Healthy+Crispy Chicken

I am one of those people that adore the texture and taste of deep fried foods. However, I always try to find ways to make healthier alternatives for my favorite foods. I made crispy chicken but in a much heathlier way. First off, I used chicken breast. I didn`t use the chicken skin at all because I know a lot of fat lies in the skin. The most important thing is the seasoning and breadcrumbs. Not all breadcrumbs give a nice crispy outside. I use Panko, which is a brand of Japanese breadcrumbs. I also seasoned the breadcrumbs with parsley, garlic powder, and chilli powder. Next, I dip the piece sof chicken into egg and then the breadcrumb batter. I use a bit of oil in the non stick pan and cook them in there. I probably use 2 tablespoons of oil. The result is crispy slices of chicken breast.
