This weekend I went to visit a friend, and after the tiring journey (i drove to the train station, took a train, transferred to another train, and walked a mile with my weekend bag) she was nice enough to make me lunch! It was super yummy and pretty healthy.
Here it is: a toasted burrito wrap with grilled and sliced vegetarian "chicken"
-chopped green peppers, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and a little bit of lite balsamic vinegar.
It was SO fresh tasting and filling. Just thought I would share a healthy food idea. :)
