This is a favorite recipe of mine for breakfast or as a snack when I dont want to cook or have no time to. It is so healthy for you because of the non-fat, greek yogurt, the flax seed, the fruit, and even the honey! Give it a try, you will love it :)
-1 cup of yogurt
-1 tbsp of flax seed ( I like a lot, it`s personal preference)
-drizzle of honey for sweetness (again, up to you)
- your favorite berries!
The creaminess of the yogurt, the nuttiness of the flax seed, the sweetness of the honey, and the bite of the fruits make this a yummy and balanced treat!
Also, you can add granola to this if you want or whatever you want to personalize it to your palate so that you eat something different each time. Enjoy :)
