popcorn is a really yummy healthy snack for when you`re trying to watch your weight or eat conscientiously. it fills me up pretty well and it`s very low calorie. the ones i had today were the pop secret butter variety, but i know they also make low butter kinds and ones that are healthier and what not, but sometimes i`ll even want to treat myself to some full on butter popcorn, y`know?!
only complaint = some pieces get stuck in my teeth! ick! but nothing that`s not manageable :)
