Healthy Snack - Multigrain Flax Cracker with Diced Tomatoes Cheese

What is your favorite healthy snack you like to munch on? I`m a fan of crispy, crunchy chips and to substitute chips I bought multigrain flax seeded flatbread crackers from Sprouts. I decided to dice some tomatoes to place on the crackers then topped off with some parmesan cheese. I placed the crackers into the oven for a few minutes to be warm and then ready to eat!

If you`re not a fan of tomatoes or parmesan cheese, you could use other cheese, vegetables or even add meats!
