Summer approaches, & I`m trying to detox my body a bit along with my workouts :)
This one contains of:
- Sunflower bread
- Cottage cheese
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Cherry tomatoes
- Some lettuce mixed with carrot slices (I was out of baby spinach:(
- drink: aloe vera juice with citrus (natural, unsweetened & yummy!)
I love alfalfa sprouts. I put a whole bunch of it in my sandwiches or I just munch on them all alone. It has a whole bunch of nutritional benefits too such as Vitamins A, B, C, E & K
Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, 35% protein, & so on.
What`s not to love!?:)
