Here`s a healthy snack I am trying out this week featuring "Greek Yogurt". A few days ago, I mentioned how I disliked the Greek Yogurt how it tasted funky and I`m not used to it. Well, I`m trying to adapt to foods that do not "taste" good because generally food that do not taste that good/great is actually good for your body. So, to try to adapt to the food -- I added blended pistachio and dried raisins with the greek yogurt and it tastes a lot better. This is my daily snack for this week and it`s really light/yummy. I would recommend this blend to try.
