Healthy snack =]

For a quick bite to eat I like to always reach for something healthy. Today I decided to have some homemade brown bread and some low fat white cheddar cheese. Nothing beats homemade brown bread if you ask me. Not only is it super healthy but it tastes wonderfully fresh and tasty.

I like brown bread because you can add ham or like I have done by adding cheese and it changes the taste and the flavour. This snack is roughly 70-90calories and it is super filling so I highly recommend it as a lunch option Especially if you are in a rush! I know that white bread is not super healthy for you so that is way I like to eat homemade brown bread. My mom made this bread however it is also fun to go baking the brown bread and then eating it while it`s still warm! The smell will be amazing!:)
