If I`m not hungry, but I want to eat something I always make salads. They are great because you can add lots of delicious things and what is more important is that salads are healthy.
This is a tipical one that I like to make. I put iceberg lettuce, mozzarella, another cheese, spring onions and olives. I like to sprinkle it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. And that`s it.
It is great because it is not a chips, which is not good for your body. And you can also watch the TV while eating it. You just have to cut everything into smaller pieces, so you can eat it with a fork easily.
