This is a snack that I absolutely love, its high in fiber and protein which is great for curbing a sweet tooth or curbing hunger until your next meal. This is the Luna Protein bar in the flavor chocolate peanut butter. I like to eat these in between breakfast and lunch then lunch and dinner. Its beneficial for your metabolism to eat several small meals a day than 3 large meals. The reason for this is that it keeps your metabolism working and works toward burning fat.
