Healthy side dish

I needed a side dish to go along with my main course. I had some organic quinoa that needed to be used up. I ended making a quinoa "salad." If you never had quinoa before, it is mostly used in Latin cooking, mostly in Peru according to the package. It`s a grain similar to cous cous and I think texture wise as well. I ended up cooking the quinoa, added black beans, cilantro and a few splash of lemon juice. The dish actually turned out pretty good and it went well with baked salmon.
