Healthy Shrimp Salsa

Hey guys! I`m back with another recipe. I love salsa, but i love homemade so much better than jar. It`s much more fresh and tasty in my opinion, and this one is super quick and easy to make, plus it`s low cal and healthy! You can even make it ahead. Chop up all of the ingredients but combine them just before serving.
Servings: 33 tbsp

1 cup (250 mL) cooked baby shrimp
1 cup (250 mL) chopped cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup (50 mL) diced green onion
2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced
3 tbsp (45 mL) chopped fresh coriander
3 tbsp (45 mL) lime juice
4 tsp (18 mL) vegetable oil
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1 pinch granulated sugar

In bowl, toss shrimp, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño peppers, coriander, lime juice, oil, salt and sugar.
VOILA! You`re all done. Wasn`t that simple? Now don`t tell me you`re gonna buy jar salsa now ;)
