It`s a sandwich so it is simple but
Sandwich contains of:
6-inch whole-grain sub
2 slices lean roast beef
2 tablespoons mustard
It`s a great snack or lunch for people or teens on a diet it is very good so you should try it and you can add more mustard but to keep it health I recommend keeping it 2 tablespoons.
