Healthy Salad, Bruschetta and White Wine

This was my first time making bruschetta and it turned out really good and yummy. The grocery store didn`t have anymore of those long Italian buns so we bought cheesy bread instead which made it more delicious. So we used tomatoes, onions, zucchini squash, dill seasoning, salt and pepper oh and a bit of balsamic vinegar and just diced them and loaded them on top of the cheesy bread and just popped them into the oven. For the salad we used grape tomatoes, mushrooms, goat cheese, smoked salmon, onions, spinach, lettuce and arugula. Even though I didn`t want to eat a lot of carbs, I ended up eating like 4 of the cheesy bread bruschetta.
