We arrived home tuesday afternoon and as we were craving for a light meal for dinner we made a fresh salad.
The base of the salad consisted of pasta, salad with purple lettuce, rocket and watercress then we added roasted chicken, Flemish cheese, tomato and apple!
We also put sesame and sunflower seeds and a yogurt sauce!
It was delicious and healthier and its absolutely a great option for summer meals!
