I am trying to eat more healthy so lately I have been bringing lunch to work. I have been preparing myself homemade salads. Today`s homemade salad consist of fruits-- It`s a really simple salad, what takes the longest is just prepping everything but overall, it`s worth it because it`s healthy for your body!

Organic Spring Mix from Costco, I love this mix and it`s affordable too!
Vinegar Dressing Sauce
You could obviously change up what I used and add nuts, strawberries, anything you would like. I do like this combination, but next time I may have to add some peanuts or something too! Peanuts would go with the dried cranberries real well.
