We all hear the term "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT" But are we really? Think about it what are you healthy or unhealthy. If you eat a healthy A DIET OF JUST VEGGIES BUT NO EXERCISE YOUR GOING TO GET FAT CAUSE YOUR NOT BURNING OFF the calories and other things! Likewise the same for junk food! So the real question can we really be what we eat??? I dont think we can cause without exercise wed all be welll lets just say a pale of icecream!
