Healthy Omelette for Breakfast!

Breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day, so let`s start off with a healthy omelette with toasted wheat sourdough bread.

What`s in my omelette?
- 4 Organic Eggs
- Diced Tomatoes
- Diced Sweet Bell Peppers
- Diced Cucumbers
- Cilantro
- Onions
- Sliced Black Forest Ham

First, I heated the pan with a little bit of olive oil and caramelized onions. Then I put the mixture of the eggs and ingredients in the pan, covered the lid then flipped the omelette. Served over bread and placed in foil to eat on the way to work (that way the eggs is still warm).
