I want to show you a quick and healthy Lunch idea for school and university.
All you need is whole grain bread, some Gouda cheese, cucumbers, iceberg lettuce and and cream cheese.
First of all you cut 2 slices of the whole grain bread and put some cream cheese on it, then add some Gouda cheese , salad and cucumbers and you are ready to go.
Given that I used so much cheese I wouldn´t resommend it to someone with lactose intolrance.
