I am currently on a diet. After giving birth to my second baby, I have gained some weight ( naturally) and it is harder to get it off than I thought! I do work out every day about an hour a day, but workout alone is not enough when trying to lose the weight. Eating right is a key to losing weight!
Picture above is my lunch. Smoked salmon with one egg, one tomato grilled, mushrooms grilled and half go avocado. I also drink water with half of fresh lemon juice with my every meal. I eat a lot of veggies through out the day to keep me energized.
