Healthy Lunch Day 3

Hey everyone!
This meal above is great for dinner but it also makes a very quick lunch.
1 tilapia fillet
1 can spinach
1 tsp vinegar
pepper to taste.

Cook tilapia in pan until cooked completely through! You want your fish to be white and flaky with NO PINK!
In microwave heat spinach in microwave safe bowl add vinegar and pepper. I heat this for about 2 minutes but it may be longer or shorter depending on your microwave. Put on plate and serve. :D
