The dish above is a Lobster and Crab Pasta

Lobster (cut in cubes)
Crab (cut in cubes)
1/2 Cup Organic pasta sauce
1/2 bag Pasta zero
1 can of sliced mushrooms
Directions: heat lobster and crab on high for about 5 minutes or until warm. Add 1/2 bag of pasta zero and mushrooms and heat until hot. (about 7 minutes) Mix this with pasta sauce and enjoy. you can add whatever spices you see fit. I just added a little pepper to taste and voila! A healthy delicious low calorie lunch.
