What`s for lunch today? I had an avocado sandwich with side of red sliced Apples. My lunch is very simple - two slices of organic wheat bread with grains toasted. I cut up an avocado and spread it like peanut butter & jelly and that`s it! Plus an apple a day helps prevent you from seeing a doctor so why not? :)
