Healthy Hydration [My Favorite Healthy Drinks]

Summer has been so HOT!!!! I cant cool down fast enough. Here are my favorite healthy beverages - great alternatives to some of those sugar laden juices and sodas. Drink these and they get you hydrated, but also boost your health. YAY! We love that!


*Coconut Water from fresh coconuts or Harmless Harvest Raw Coconut Water:
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Coconut Water! It is rich in potassium and great for sore muscles. It also naturally contains electrolytes another reason to drink it after a good workout, or after being in the sun.

Reed`s Kombucha Tea - really great for you! It helps joints, digestion, immunity + more. The ancient chinese discovered all of the wonderful benefits of this little natural gem

Kevita Sparkling Probiotic Drink - This is the pomogranate black tea flavor. Tons of antioxidants and contains Apple Cider Vinegar!!!! I love ACV. Check out my video with all of the amazing benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

Sambazon Low calore Amazon Energy Drink Acai Berry - This is a great alternative to some of the conventional energy drinks you can buy at the grocery store. But Acai is chocked full of antioxidants! Its great for you and gives you a boost of energy!

Drink Chia Strawberry Citrus Flavor - Mamma Chia is also a good one. Chia seeds contain omega 3s great for your brain, great for focus and for your heart! its also a drinkable snack that will satisfy any intermittent hunger.

Amazing Grass Green Super Food Powder in Orange Dreamsicle. Its not really my favorite, but if you have a hard time eating your daily greens, eating them may be an option. Its not too bad, but definitely not something i would reach for if i was thirsty.
