So, with trying to get myself on the right track with a more healthier lifestyle, I have had to try and experiment with new recipes that are healthy. One thing I can never go wrong with is smoothies and juices. I have both the Nutribullet and and juicer and bother are wonderful machines. I made this berry smoothie the other morning before school and it was simple,delicious, and so healthy!
Here is what you need:
-blender of some sort, I used the Nutribullet
-your choice of liquid, milks,water,juices are options
-your choice of fruit, frozen or fresh
-any additives, such as yogurts/nuts/seeds
-peach yogurt from Aldi`s
-frozen berries (strawberries,blueberries, and blackberries)
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until it`s your perfect consistency. Add a few chia on top and enjoy!
Making smoothies is always very simple, and you can add anything to them that you love. Fruits, veggies,nuts,seeds,powders,juices,milks,frozen items.
This is a very easy way to have a healthy, satisfying breakfast,lunch,dinner, or snack.
