I always try to drink either a fruit smoothie or a green smoothie every morning to jump start my day.
1) it tastes good!
2) it`s healthy!
3) I don`t eat enough raw veggies throughout the day and this is a good/tasty way to get sufficient servings
Surprisingly when you add greens, you can barely taste it as long as you make sure to blend it well and add banana(s) to mask the flavor!
In my smoothie I added:
Sometimes I add a bit of kale for extra fiber/greens!
